Postage and Mailing
We suggest you take one fully assembled invitation to the post office to determine proper postage (size, weight, shape, thickness, & rigidity all affect postage). While Annabelle’s makes every effort to ensure safe passage of your item in the USPS, we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged due to USPS handling.
Custom Designs
Annabelle’s is known for their one-of-a kind custom designs. Full design and production services are available from our professional staff. Please visit “the design process” to learn more.
Imprintables Production and Pricing
We carry a large variety of stock on hand in our retail store. You can take the stock home and imprint yourself, or we can imprint in the store.
For in-store printing, proofs take 1-2 business days and printing takes another 1-2 business days. Generally, we can have your order ready in 3-5 business days or less. There are no minimums required – just purchase the number of boxes you need. In addition to the per box price, we charge a $20 set-up/proof fee and $0.50 (per invite) for black ink, $0.75 (per invite) for 1 color printing, and $1.00 (per invite) for full color printing.
Don’t see exactly what you want in our store? We have hundreds of lines available for special order and they typically arrive in our store in about a week. Order minimums apply for special orders. We also have the in-house capability of designing imprintables and printing them digitally in-house.
Invitation Wording
Annabelle’s staff is on-hand to assist you with wording for your specific invitation. If you would like to research verbiage on your own, please visit verseit.com.
Rush Schedules and Rush Fees
Got to have it now? Or sooner than normal turn-around? No problem.
We can put your order next on our in-store production schedule and get it turned around in the same day if need be. Most of our album companies also have rush schedules and overnight shipping is an option.

Don’t Live In Las Vegas?
No problem. We assist clients from all over the world with their invitation and stationery needs. For standard orders, visit our “shop” section. Orders will be directly shipped to your door. For custom designs, schedule a design consultation over the phone or via Skype. The process will be very similar to our design process. See “design process” for complete details. Materials and comps will be shipped to you for review.

Ordering Policies
Estimates are valid for 60 days. Estimates do not include sales tax or shipping. Every effort is made to ensure all costs have been included for your job. Please note that all estimates are subject to manager review. If an adjustment is required, you will be notified immediately.
Payment Policy
Payment in full is expected at time order is placed. As a courtesy, on orders over $500 a 50% deposit may be taken. However, a credit card authorization must be on file so the balance can be billed upon proof approval.
Return Policy
Unimprinted Stock – unopened and undamaged stock may be returned for full-refund or exchange up to 30 days after purchase. Seasonal merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchange up to 14 days after purchase. Receipts are required for return or exchange.
Printed Stock and Album Orders – Once an order is placed, 25% of the total order is forfeited. If cancellation occurs after proof approval, final balance paid to Annabelle's All Occasions is forfeited as job is considered non-cancellable at this time.
Sale Merchandise – these purchases are considered final and may not be returned or exchanged.

Proofing Policy
Proofs are a black and white electronic file showing the typestyle & layout of your order. This file will be e-mailed to you, or you are more than welcome to preview your proof in our store.
We ask that you please make sure the DATE, TIME, LOCATION and RSVP for your event are all correct and shown exactly as you wish them to be printed.
While Annabelle’s makes every effort to proofread your copy, ultimately it is the client's responsibility to insure the accuracy of all information. If changes are made once approved and released into production, additional charges will apply. Additional charges will also apply if your job requires re-printing.
Printing Methods
We offer many printing methods including letterpress, engraved, thermography, embossed, foil stamping, silk-screening, full-color digital and modern flat.
Calligraphy
We offer both modern and hand calligraphy. For more information on either of these processes, please visit our “Calligraphy” section on our website.
Modern calligraphy picks up your design style, ink colors and electronically prints addresses on the envelope.
Hand calligraphy is the most traditional method. Our artist hand letters each envelope with care. Inks and fonts will match your design look and feel.
